Delivery Terms and Conditions

Getting Ready for Delivery and Placement of your Spa!

Electrical Considerations 

  • Do Not schedule your electrician to arrive on the delivery day of your spa. This will avoid any extra waiting charges and being billed for two visits by the electrician. 
  • A certified electrician must do all electrical work. Improper wiring will void your warranty. Delivery Personnel will not connect your spa. 

Delivery and Placement of your new spa 

  • Delivery and appointments will be made based upon a 4 hour window (between 12-4 for example). We require a minimum 40” of clearance. 
  • The spa will be brought in on its side if not possible for it to be brought in flat and will be placed where you would like it to be. Accessories will not be “INSTALLED”. 
  • It is the Customers responsibility to ensure the path is clear (removal of gates, fences, etc). If the pathway is not clear and the delivery is not possible, the delivery personnel will leave your spa in your yard or garage. 
  • If the delivery is unable to be completed, the redelivery charge is 500$. 
  • The delivery company will not remove packing materials and garbage. 
  • If a crane is needed, the customer is responsible to assume all charges. 
  • The time allotted for the delivery is 1 hour. The delivery company will stay as long as it takes at your request, but you will be charged 100$ per hr in 15 minute increments after the first hour allotted time by the delivery company. 


  • In stock spas are to be paid in full; minimum of 3 days before delivery. Custom orders are to be paid in full four weeks prior to delivery. 


  • If the spa needs any warranty work, it is the customers responsibility to make the spa accessible to service technicians (removal of decking etc). 
  • Should you have any problems with your spa and need service attention, please call 705-243-2882. Please have your invoice and spa serial number ready. If your spa requires service 90 days after the delivery, a standard trip charge will apply but labor and parts will be covered as outlined in your warranty. 
  • Warranty is non-transferrable. 
  • Seller is not responsible for shipping and/or production delays.
